Responsibilities:
– Seek out new business opportunities by conducting cold call activities to HVAC Cx-Commissioning/TAB customers/Clients, calling on current customers, and networking to secure first appointments with existing building owners at the decision-maker level.
– Identify, plan, and execute growth strategies and tactics for existing clients in Testing & Commissioning Field
– Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with the purpose of gaining the client’s trust, meeting their objectives, and delivering value-added solutions.
– Develop technical abilities in discussing HVAC equipment and their Cx-commissioning requirements.
– Prepare estimates for those Cx- Commissioning contracts you will be proposing.
– Capability in understanding the Middle East (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar) to develop business and to create and maintain relations with Customers and Consultants in HVAC Cx-commissioning Field.
– Strong commercial background to prepare techno commercial proposals for customers.
– Have sound technical understanding in HVAC Cx-Commissioning,TAB of various application such as residential, commercial buildings, office buildings, healthcare facilities.
– Set up and define strategies to improve the sales activity process.

Requirements:
– Education: Graduate with an Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Equivalent)
– Should have Mini 5 years’ experience.
– Expert in software’s like MS office word, Excel. etc.
– Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Arabic & English.
– Job Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
– Candidates within KSA will be given preference
